The Category is Feedback, Suggestions, & Tech Support.
Within that is the sub-category: Suggestions
and within that sub-category is all of the specifics related to Suggestions

the thing you are talkin bout is already taken care of, look at the hierarchy of the forum categories/forums

I suggest a change in the forums theme.. Black this days aren't really appealing than they do in the past few years.. And also a change in text fonts and colors will help too. Try to take up lively themes so this forum can become lively as well. And also having an organized "Sticky" titles would help too.. What I mean is, capitalized what needs capitalizing and so on and so forth...

add - Oh and not only the stickies but also for the announcements, news, posts, etc... All must be organized IMO
