i think it is better to invest your time in getting more pokemon and more strategies under ur belt

So, what are some other pokemon that are good for competitive battling? I usually play to "hit hard and fast, but to also recover" I haven't thought about other styles, so if you could help me on that, I would appreciate it ^^;

make sure alakazam has psychic and recover, if u want a "hit had and fast, but recover"
sceptile is pretty good, maybe set it up with leech seed or something

no, those are the only real hidden powers that work well with him

ok, in one of the pokemon centers in kanto, there is a guy inside of there that tells you wat your Pokemon's "Hidden Power" is. i dunno which city it is in tho :/

Really? Because I was thinking of giving it rage - it will recieve a lot of damage, so when the time comes, it will give a lot of damage back.

Rollout its ok, but when you think about it, I might not be able to switch pokemon ^^;

Besides Iron Head and Earthquake, are Aqua Tail and Earth Power useful too?

EDIT: Are the natures and abilities fine? I'm going to start breeding for these pokemon now, and I want to know if that's ok so I can start.

earth power is special, u dont want steelix to have that
ya, another good way to learn good movesets is by looking at other sites
hopefully we will get enough people so our site will be helpful for that
screech might be a good idea for Steelix

Yeah, screech sounds good, automatically halves their defense.
